As we clashed with Westmorland, a turnout of 46 riders wasn't so bad, especially as this venue is smaller than most that we use.

So thanks for supporting us and apologies for there being no catering van - Martha did say he would come if he could get somebody to man the van for him, but obviously he was unable to do so.

Thanks to John Clarke for the use of his land, and to the nine observers who have again loyally supported us. Thanks to the two girls who joined the observing ranks for the first time, Rebecca and Beth and appreciations to Chris Kirkbride and Dave Oswald for finding such a sensible set of sections. Also thanks to Andy Kenyon for chainsawing his way through loads of logs to open up the lower part of the stream.

The next trial is a SATURDAY afternoon event at 1pm on November 7, again at Ringstones, but the other side of the road.
